I forget my user name,
and/or my password
or forget/changed my email address

Password

For security reasons, we have no access to your password. You can retrieve a password by following these steps:

1. Select log-in and you will be taken to the log-in form (illustrated at right)
2. Under "Forgot your user name or password?" type in the email address you registered with - [cannot remember which email address? See below]
3. Type in your user name - [cannot remember your user name? See below]

A temporary password will be sent to you. You will be asked to create a new one.

User name

Type in your registered email address and select "Go", or contact the site administrator.

Registered email address

Your registered email address is fundamental to being able to retrieve the above information.

If you cannot remember which email address you used, contact the site administrator.

If you have changed your email address contact the site administrator - this is the simplest way to retain your access settings. This keeps your current user name, password and privileges. If you re-register for a new account with a new email address, please advise the site administrator so that your old registration can be deleted and your privileges transferred to the new account.
