2. Dates & Anniversaries link Use the Dates & Anniversaries link (under Find) to work out who was born, married, died, graduated, etc. for various combinations of dates and events. FOR EXAMPLE, this report shows who was BORN THIS MONTH. But you can do this by opening Anniversaries, selecting Event(s): Birth; and Month defaults to this month - leave the other fields blank - then select Search. Leave the Events tag blank and you will get a list of ALL events for this month. Experiment - you have a whole range of options for gathering data around datesl
Other Reports in this section are provided because you cannot construct them using Anniversaries, eg. reports containing a range of dates or calculating the number of entries in a category. Feel free to contact me if there is such a report you would like to see in the Reports section.
3. Calendar link Don't forget to send greetings! The CALENDAR link [under FIND] will display births, baptisms, marriages, deaths and burials anniversaries for a month (defaulting to the current month but you can change that). Below is a list of marriages for this month but Calendar will list all five events. Note that the date may be that of the server in Sydney, Australia, depending on your settings, but that gives many of you some advance notice for sending your email greeting!

49. Names: Occurrence of first names This list tells only half the story because it counts the first names as one name. So Ann on its own occurs over 40 times but in fact occurs over 300 times when you include second names and parts of names (eg Marianne). To find out the total number of occurrences of a particular name or part of a name use the quick search at the top of every page - it looks for first names that "contain" whatever you type.

In that report you can see who is in which Branch by clicking on the number of Individuals or Families. You can then choose to sort individuals alphabetically or by birth date, and families by father's last name, by mother's last name or date of marriage.
67. Tree "Tops" Finds the earliest ancestors in every branch (and twig!) by tracing surnames with a birth year. A summary of the main "tree tops" in the Maurie Roy-May Royes pedigrees can be found here.
NOTE: Not all descendants of our tree tops are followed through - the project would become too large and distract from the basic purpose of following the Roy and Royes pedigrees. The general policy is to trace the pedigree lines "up" and to include siblings at each generation. But only branches directly related to the Roy and Royes pedigrees include all known descendants.
68. Indexes: Census data A collation of records with census information
69. Indexes: Electoral rolls Note that this list uses women's birth name where the rolls will generally use their married name.
Note that an electoral roll is not proof of residential address as in several instances people had not amended their enrolled address by the time the roll was printed.
70. Ages Ages of all people in the family tree in descending order. Visitors will not see details of living people. People with no death date 105 or fewer years ago are included (but they may have died) and their age is designated as 'abt' (about).
