This is the last will and testament of me Christopher Huffam of Harkwarth Terrace Commercial Road Limehouse in the County of Middlesex, widower, I give and bequeath all my furniture plate linen china and all other my estate and effects of what nature or kind soever unto my two single daughters Rachel Ann Huffam and Loretta Huffam for their sole use and my will is that in the event of the marriage or the death of either of my said single daughters Rachel Ann Huffam or Loretta Huffam that the single daughter or surviving single daughter shall possess the whole of my furniture plate linen and china and all other my estate and effects of what nature of kind soever and my will is that I hereby nominate constitute and appoint Henry Thomas Robinson of Grove Cottages Holloway in the County of Middlesex my sole trustee and executor

Signed sealed published and declared by the within named testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request have hereunto set our hands as witnesses hereunto Harriet Robinson Ann McCullough xxx Fergus Horn 42 Old Broad Street

Proved at London 2nd August 1839 before the worshipful John xxx Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of Henry Thomas Robinson the sole executor to whom administration was granted having beer first sworn duly to administer
